While following the CDC guidelines and Social Distancing Rules, we are keeping active with in-room activities, visits, small group activities and walks (following the 6 foot spacing rule), puzzles and much more. You can find our June activity calendars on our life enrichment page. Additional examples of life enrichment activities include:

  • Window visits with family and friends

  • Carts with snacks and activity books

  • FaceTime, Facebook Messenger, and Skype visits – please call 412-875-1606 to schedule a time to chat!

  • Wheelchair exercise

  • Spirit Weeks with themes dress days

  • And most importantly, Bingo from doorways

Virtual Concerts

We would like to give a shout out and thank you to Patrick Ganley, who has brought his talents to The Willows in the past, performing for residents and brightening their days. While he has not been able to visit The Willows in recent weeks due to visitation limitations, Patrick and his father Mark have worked to set up a YouTube channel whereby Patrick can perform video concerts for residents to enjoy! We will be posting these videos to our Facebook Page and website news page each day this week for residents and families to enjoy. Thank you Patrick and Mark for your thoughtfulness during this time and sharing your talent!
